Submit a Supplement for Review

Help us expand the Vault with verified supplement information. We require clear photos showing both the product and where its ingredients are sourced from.

Screenshot showing where each ingredient is derived from (label claim, COA, brand page, etc.). This is required to verify sourcing transparency.

Before you submit:

  • Both screenshots must be clear and readable
  • Product screenshot should show full ingredient list
  • Derivation screenshot should show where ingredients are sourced from
  • We only list products with verified sourcing documentation
